We were originally chartered by St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church in 1996 and have been fortunate to use their facilities since chartering. In late 2023, our charter organization changed to the Capitol Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. However, church through its generosity still allows us to meet there. Relative to this there are some expectations we have set of our adult leaders, youth members, and their parents.
